Pavakka Kichady (Bitter Gourd)

Ingredients

1.Pavakka
|

2.Green Chilli
|
|
3.Grated ground Coconut
|
½ coconut
|
4.Curd
|
1 cup
|
5.Cooking oil
|
50 gram
|
6.Mustard Seed
|
½ table spoon
|
7.Salt to taste
|
1 pinch
|
8.Dry Red chilly
|
3 Nos
|
Preparation
|
|
Step1:Put Cooking oil in a
deep pan and boil.
Add item No.1 & 2 fry until it become brown.
Now drain the oil out and keep the fried pavakka separate.

Step2: Take little oil
from the drained oil and crackle the mustard seed.Add item No.3 to it and
boil. Put the fire off.
|
|
Step3: Add Curd and fried
pavakka to the boiled coconut mix. Add
Salt to taste.
