Pavakka Kichady

Pavakka Kichady (Bitter Gourd)
Ingredients

1.Pavakka
1 Medium size sliced into thin strips.
2.Green Chilli
3 Nos
3.Grated ground Coconut
½ coconut
4.Curd
1 cup
5.Cooking oil
50 gram
6.Mustard Seed
½ table spoon
7.Salt to taste
1 pinch
8.Dry Red chilly
3 Nos
Preparation

Step1:Put Cooking oil in a deep pan and boil.
Add item No.1 & 2 fry until it become brown.
Now drain the oil out and keep the fried pavakka separate.
Step2: Take little oil from the drained oil and crackle the mustard seed.Add item No.3 to it and boil. Put the fire off.
Step3: Add Curd and fried pavakka to the boiled  coconut mix. Add Salt to taste.
